The entire team we dealt with from Tropical Generator in Ft. Myers was professional from top to bottom.  The electricians, the gas crew, and the other employees worked together like a well-oiled machine to get our installation completed quickly and efficiently, and with an eye for every detail.  I especially tip my hat to the gas guys who put in the most time on site as they were there from day one until completion finishing up final details of the installation.  I highly recommend Tropical Generator.  I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, their courtesy, and their work ethic. I am very please with the purchase of a Kohler generator from Tropical Generator.  The initial meeting, project scoping, quoting and ultimately installation.....all were executed in a highly professional and competent manner.  It gave me confidence when the owner of company arrived with his salesperson to introduce himself and tell me about the company.

The installation was fairly complex and challenging however, the crew was friendly, competent, professional and genuinely want to deliver a first class product.....which they did (on time and on budget, no surprise add on costs)
